How do I receive a fax message

To receive a fax you need to create a new call route with the “Receive Fax” module in it. To create a call route go to Dashboard > Routing > Call Routes and click “Add Call Route”. Now add the “Receive Fax” module to this call route as the only module. You will note this module asks you to input one or multiple email addresses. These will be the email addresses that will receive any incoming faxes as a PDF attachment.

Now you have a call route setup you simply need to attach that to a phone number, telling your phone numbers which one of them should be receiving faxes. To do this, go to Dashboard > Numbers, choose the edit icon next to the number of your choice, and change the “Call Routing” to use the call route you just created above.
